💬 Who I Am
Hey, I’m Emma—founder of EmPower Wellness, hybrid fitness and health coach, and someone who gets it. I started lifting four years ago during one of the hardest times in my life. Dealing with ADHD, BPD, and a rocky relationship with food and my body, I turned to fitness as a way to cope. Over time, it became a tool for healing, growth, and self-empowerment.
I created EmPower Wellness to help other women feel strong—physically and mentally—without falling into toxic “fitness culture” traps. My coaching is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and the belief that you don’t need to change who you are to feel your best. You just need support that actually supports you.
